The building’s location is highly conducive to the use of public transport, due to the local availability of trams, trains and buses.The major public transport hub of Flinders Street Station is located less than 600m walk from the main entrance of the building, and provides comprehensive access to greater metropolitan Melbourne.
A major tram stop is located less than 200m from 171 Collins Street, which services 5 routes within the CBD.

Loading Dock
By vehicle, contractors must always arrive onsite via the Flinders Lane loading bay and proceed directly to Lower Ground Loading Bay area. Please use one of the three 30 minute parking bays available while reporting to the mailroom and Security.
Permanent Base building car bays will be allocated to contractors at Building Management’s discretion. There is no other parking available onsite.
On foot, contractors must always arrive onsite via the Flinders Lane FIP access door, located directly to the left of the car park ramp entry and proceed through the passage and down the stairs, adhering to all signage within this passage at all times to the loading bay.
At no time are any contractors authorised to walk via the entry ramp and any contractors found doing so will be ask to leave site.
